Please drive by and look at back of this property. Complainant states that plywood doors have been tacked up over open house. Not sure we can do anything but if it is open and vacant it is unsafe.
This tree is in serious need of attention and has been for more than a year.

House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.
Details: Just off E Third Street in front of house 213 Overhill, there is a big orange sign "Right lane closed ahead". The sign has been there for months, while there seems nothing going on ahead. Did they forget to take away the sign after the construction was done?!
Caller says a brokn tree limb from this property is hanging over the street and is dangerous.
