Pearl Patton, 339-6960, same caller about other trash complaints. The trash is along Madison behind her house. Pearl said you can call her and she will show you where the trash is. Doris said she would go with you.
landlord called to say these tenants have trash in the back along the alley. rats are living under the deck and racoons have been trapped. she has provided cans with lids several times.
A tree is growing out into the street. Caller had to cross the center lane so he would not scratch his car.
If you are going E on 3rd at Lincoln, the left turn arrow comes on even when there is no one in the lane.

There are leaves covering the sidewalk in front of 409 S. High Street. A stroller can't use the sw at this moment. The citizen doesn't blame the homeowner because they are putting them out their for the City to vacuum them. Maybe there can be an early pickup so the sw will be usable again & this dangerous situation eliminated.
Bob Woolford received a message on his phone about a pile of kitty litter (about the size of a small truck load) dumped in the backyard.
As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. I await your response. Thank you for your service, Gregory Morales
