citizen angry, did not leave name, next door neighbor keeps pushing trash from thir yyard unto her neighbor's driveway.

Resident (Ron) called to complain about standing water that collects at the end of their driveway apron, which is a few feet from a sewer drain. Resident reported that the problem may be related to developer construction in the area (i.e., staging of concrete with massive trucks) which has damaged curbs and sidewalks. Camera-ing stormwater or other facilities may be warranted. ENG is following up about expressed concerns of damaged public ROW assets (sidewalks, curbs).
