They told me to go to a sheriff so I went to the sheriff's office at 301 N College Ave. They said I had to go to the office on 3rd street. City utility worker informed me that water usage has increased from 1000 gal/mo to 12,000 gal this month. I am concerned there is a leak somewhere. There was a line break nearby at 2252-2260 E Cape Cod Dr, 47401. Meter pit inspected 9/17/19. Valves on at meter. Meter not moving. No sign of leak at time of inspection.
