Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
Lawn is overgrown ("weeds up to hips").
Compost (right of driveway) not covered, drawing rats. Weeds growing all over property esp. right of driveway.
The grass and weeds on the property are overgrown. Lawn has not been mowed for at least a couple months.
Caller states city bush-hogged the area on Milton Drive north of Coolidge last fall/winter and left the debris there. Would like it to be picked up.
Street tree appears to be dead.
