Early this morning (December 6), while cleaning up trash that had blown into my yard, I noticed excessive garbage left in their backyard. The bags are torn open, and the mess has begun attracting animals; just last week, while I was traveling, several neighbors reported seeing a coyote in the area. This property, which I believe is a rental, has been a recurring source of disruption in our neighborhood. In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. I kindly request the town to investigate these concerns and take appropriate action to address the situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. A concerned resident called 3400 to let us know that the release at Binford Elementary is not being enforced properly. There are many parents parking in the grass and in the ROW on the street to run in to get their children. This is causing congestion and potential hazards for the safety of the children.

Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.

On this property on the Allen street side, AEG left a 2ft wide and 3ft deep hole. This was months ago and the homeowner has left several messages. Also across from her property on Allen Street is an even larger whole near the sidewalk that was left by AEG.

Staff received verbal complaint of tree of heaven patch at 1123 E Miller Dr. Staff inspected site, which did appear to be tree of heaven. Tree of heaven primarily on private property, but may be going on City parcel as well.
