Saulius Alminauskas came into OOTM on 9.28.12 to complain that BPD officers come to his residence every month "for no reason" and harass him. Sonja Kelley and Dan Helms, 906 N. Monroe Street, say false reports are being filed against them to the mayor's office, the Veteran's Affairs Administration and the White House.
