A resident called and reported this address has a pile of trash at the curb for a month that hasn't been picked up.
pavement is rising under his car.

Rob Vernon, 336-8763, lives at 307 N. Jefferson. He says someone has dumped mattresses and trash in the dead-end alley between the 300 blocks of Jefferson and Bryan.
