The street light in front of our (1626 South Olive) house is apparently out - it was very dark last night

This house is constantly overflowing with litter and trash. The occupant is apparently a horder, with stuff, mainly used electronics, stuffing into the screened porch and into an abandoned car. He is also something of a recluse, so it's hard to contact him.
