Light is completely out. I think yall might have looked at it but it’s not fixed. The light comes on very dim for maybe an hour a night. Please fix! We have so much crime from neighboring areas and need this light working. Thank you! Also the light is at the corner of 1217 N Glandore and Marquis
Light is completely out about 1/2 the time and very dark even when on. Exact location is W Marquis and Glandore. PS yall done a great job with the light down the hill from it. Thank you
On behalf of Crescent Bend Neighborhoos Association, I am reporting large CBU property ADJACENT to 1221 N Lindbergh. It needs major maintenance! The STORM PIPE seems to be plugged up with debris, causing the water to stream across the street. The large CBU lot needs TRASH PICK-UP and massive INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL.
A series of large potholes have been growing along this section of street. Rain seems to have accelerated the issue, and some are difficult to see and avoid.
On behalf of Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association---CBU drainage ditch requires maintenance--DEAD TREE REMOVAL, INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL and TRASH REMOVAL. The tree snags pictured are located parallel on the east of side 1305 W 17th St. near the neighborhood Little Free Library. The ditch curves east on W 17th to the roundabout, where there is a trash problem. The ditch heads south all the to W. 16th & Hancock where if flows down from Crestmont Park. The entire area is full of Asian Bush Honeysuckle, an invasive species. I have more pictures, but I can only submit 1 photo on the U-Report. The big picture is that CBU owns a large portion of our huge block and it all needs some landowner attention and maintenance near W 17th St, Lindbergh St, corner of 16th & Hancock, and the roundabout. The speed bumps keep getting broken and there have been huge metal/steel nails sticking out since they have been broken one being 2 weeks ago and the other one has metal/ steel nails sticking out and has been for over a year and nothing has been done. Residents fear the are going to pop tires and and cause our tires to become flat if these things are not properly being fixed in a timely manner because you can't see them until you are right up on them.
Management or maintenance has not plowed the parking space to ensure residents are able to parking in spaces with some snow being up over car hoods. If we are able to leave and someone parks in the space we left and we come back there is nowhere to park because snow isn't being removed from the spaces to park in and people are getting stuck. When saying something to the maintenance man he replies with foul language and an attitude.
The alley behind our houses you guys always get and we were all wondering if you'd be able to swing back and get us out. Thanks for all your hard work today!
The snow is incredibly deep and the city has not plowed the streets around here even a single time. We drive a big truck but even so are unable to get out of our driveway. My husband is scheduled to work in an inpatient healthcare facility today and was not able to go. If there is an emergency in our neighborhood, which happens often enough, the emergency vehicles won't be able to come. You guys have got to plow! It's not just dangerous, it's totally impassable and dangerous for people stuck here too. You should have been plowing all night last night, like you've done in the past. Maybe it's our terrible useless mayor, maybe that this is predominantly poor neighborhood, whatever it is please come plow in the Crescent Bend/Crestmont neighborhoods.
