Hi there, I am about to become the former rental resident of the 405 S Highland Ave home and I was reaching out as an inquiry on when to terminate my billing. Our lease has ended as of July 31st, and I wanted to reach out to see how I could confirm that as a rental resident, I am no longer being billed for after July 31st. The alley is an unimproved surface and is intended to provide access to the properties; it is not a designated parking area. Our neighbors have been parking vehicles along the side of their house within the alley, which is making it difficult for us to safely pull out of our driveway and is also preventing larger vehicles from passing through the alley. We are concerned that the current situation could interfere with access for larger vehicles, including emergency or service vehicles.
