There is raw sewage sipping through the retaining wall. The clean out lid blew open. The smell is unbearable.

See case #207466. Issue remains, in fact it is worse now. Is the garage being lived in by someone? If so, is there a rental permit for it? It is not an appropriate place for someone to live, and the pile of crap keeps growing. Please have someone haul the junk (and any tenants) away.
Yard needs cutting. Owners are there everyday working on the house next door, so they can't say they haven't noticed it.
When the ADA sidewalk grates were installed along Cottage Grove, the contractor damaged the street around all the corners. Recently, the City filled in with asphalt some of that damage, but whoever did that neglected to fill in the SW and NE corners of the Washington/CG intersection. Those hazards still remain.
Please force property owner to fix sewer line. The stench along Cottage Grove has become unbearable...
Pothole behind 509 N Washington--near parking lot shared between 509 and 515 (on driveway, right behind parking garage directly behind 509).
The asphalt is largely missing in one part of the alley that runs between 508 and 514 N Washington Street (alleyway from Washington to Lincoln). The dangerous section is next to the garage for 508 N Washington, where the road is steeply inclined and the asphalt on the south side is broken up and washed away.
Several spots between 10th st and 7th street have pot holes.
This is more than just a pothole. The ground has opened up and revealed a kind of evacuated cavern under the concrete, sort of like a karst feature. It should probably be investigated by an engineer and not just filled in. It is in the alley directly behind (east) of the parking lot behind Bynum Fanyo on Walnut.
Large pot hole near the crosswalk at 8th and Washington!
