Other: When the ADA sidewalk grates were installed along Cottage Grove, the contractor damaged the street around all the corners. Recently, the City filled in with asphalt some of that damage, but whoever did that neglected to fill in the SW and NE corners of the Washington/CG intersection. Those hazards still remain.
