Empty house being used for storage. Grass mowed maybe once this summer, 5 or 6 junk cars, trash & junk laying all over the place. Complaintant owns most of the property around here including apts - difficult to rent apts with 1213 looking so bad.

Hedges on property at 726 are blocking driveway at 724. Ms. Burton does not get around very well & has not been able to speak w/tenants living at 726 about this.

Vi took this call. Re: Men putting up new roof on house at NW corner of Hillside & S Madison - throwing old roofing material, nails into yard, street, sidewalk. Do they have a permit? Still problems w/1213. Now there is an abandoned pick-up truck sitting on Mr. Brinegar's property. He does not know who property owner is. See previous complaint #C2181.

Also, 1117 S. Rogers St, 1121 S. Rogers St., 1128 S. Madison St. - trash & garbage left out all the time, not tagged. (1121 is a rental, owner is - Butch Harris)

He says that the house to the south of him is a rental and the people park in the alley, blocking it., and then cars drive around them on his property. He would like to install some sort of curbing but does not know where the edge of the alley is.
