Trash on west side of house along alley. Garbage is everywhere, being dragged into neighboring property by wild animals and wind. Been like this for weeks.

Trash on ground in backyard and on back deck. Also, there is a collection of *STOLEN* orange traffic cones.
Unknown if this is a violation or not. Red Lincoln automobile parked in backyard for years. Flat tires and expired license plate (2020).
The alley that runs alongside this building and behind it is littered with potholes and nearly impassable. This has been an issue for years, and the last time it was "fixed" someone came out and only took care of a few potholes. This was obviously not an adequate solution, as there are still insanely deep and wide potholes which pose a hazard to my car, and any that travel in this back alley.
I submitted a request earlier regarding the alley behind 530 N Lincoln Street. This is a similar request. The alley that runs alongside of the building and behind is in atrocious shape. There are numerous potholes posing a risk to any vehicle traveling on the road.
Lots of glass on the street in front of Nick's
Tree in the front yard has branches hanging down over the sidewalk. Owner needs to trim the branches.
This morning, I saw a shirtless person going through some trash on the north side of 7th street, between Lincoln and Grant. He looked like he was intoxicated and I did not confront him for safety reasons. He left a large amount of debris in the alley and it could damage a car tire. Nails, screws, etc.
Light pole has a broken plastic cover. This is not a duke light.
Active construction site with no visible permit present. Alleys have been blocked off in both directions. Are there % greenspace requirements for new construction? It appears they have dugup the entire lot. Are there onsite parking requirements for the number of tenants expected? The on-street parking places in this neighborhood are already full of cars. Is there a height restriction? Will there be or has there been an opportunity for public comment about any proposal for this site? Will the number of parking passes issued be limited to the actual number of residents? This all seems a bit third-world...
