The three post lights in front of The Crest apartments on N. Walnut just north of W 11th St are out. Is this the property owner's responsibility. Duke Energy advised that they aren't responsible.
On 10th St between College and Walnut, S side of 10th. Light out or not turning on.
The traffic lights at 10th Street and the Bypass no longer operate the way they used to. Either the sensors no longer work, or the system has been set up in a manner that allows for particularly long waits for cars traveling east or west: left turn signals are triggered whether there are cars needing to turn left or not. The eastbound direction always gets the green light first, regardless of traffic. This always occurs, whether during rush hour or even on Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m. This very inefficient setup is not how they used to function. Why?
There need to be more signs in the direction opposite one-way traffic that indicate "Wrong Way" or "No entry" for streets perpendicular to 6th Street. Too many people have been driving the wrong way down 6th Street and it is really dangerous. If a person is unfamiliar with the area, there is limited signage that indicates they are driving the wrong way down 6th until they come in contact with another car.
This sidewalk is uneven and cracked and makes it impossible to wheel anything on the pavement. The ground is covered in dirt and leaves which makes passage in the rain hazardous. It also floods in the rain.
Southbound on Dunn, at 6th St: tree needs trimming, stop sign obscured
The alley that runs between 800 North Grant Street and 415 East 11th Street (connecting East 11th and East 12th streets) is full of potholes and bumps, especially as it gets closer to 11th St. Many of us who live in these buildings have to drive through this alley every day in order to access the parking for our buildings. I know that the condition of this alley has been damaging to the suspension of my car, and I am sure I am not alone in this. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that we would greatly appreciate it if this alleyway were to be re-paved, or at least have some of the deeper potholes and bumps filled in and smoothed out. City tree branch fell on property of 403 E. Sixth Street, damaged gutter. Branch needs removal.
