A mattress has been sitting on the street outside 1709 Circle Drive for over a week. If anything can be done to encourage the owner to clean up their front yard, that would also be appreciated by local residents.

The street between 1709 Circle Dr and 1805 E Southdowns Dr (next house to the east) has been constantly wet for approximately 2-3 months. Water is evident on the street and in the yard immediately surrounding it to the point that there's always a pool of water 2-3 feet from the curb.

We had a storm water drain added a few years back (THANKS- we really appreciate the added drain) - The issue is that the drain causes accumulation of standing water at the base of the drain. We have had an abundance of mosquitos the last few years - & last year Trudy contacted meningitis - so we want to be careful and mitigate any risk! Is there a way the drain basin could be have aggregate (stone or grave) to the standing water? We appreciate your help - Kevin & Trudy Keough -

We continue to have storm water pooling in the drain in front of our house. Excessive growth is hiding the stop sign on High st and Southdowns. the growth also makes it very difficult to see southbound traffic on High Street from Southdowns. It is also an invasive species (Asian bush honeysuckle).
