Mr. Barnett would like to mow it and keep it up BUT would like someone to do the first mowing since it is overgrown. Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
