On Thursday 3/11, the homeowner's recycling bin blew over and trash fell out. The neighbor has left the trash in their driveway and yard since thursday. Much of it's now gone as it's blowing into other people's yards.
There has been End Contruction signs at the entrance to Winslow Farms for a year. The project was completed last year. I wrote earlier this year and nothing was done. There are no construction signs on E Winslow Road. Can you get the ugly signs out of our neighborhood please.

I wrote you 4/13/21 case number 175422 and have received no action or contact since. I have written in about this 2 other times over a year. See below. There are end constructions signs all over the area from a project that was completed a year ago. I see them at the entrance to Winlsow Farm Drive, and at apartment houses on Henderson St and other locations. Some one has dropped the ball for a year. Please get the signs removed, they are unsightly. At this point if there is not actions soon, I'll resort to contacting the Mayors office and the newspaper. For the life of me I cant understand that there was not a schedule to pick up the signs.
yard not mowed for quite awhile, already has one citation on door
Poison ivy growing on sidewalk leading up the path to the park from Highland. This was reported by my husband last year and we believe someone just cut it off it’s coming back again and needs to be treated.
Here in Winslow Farm it appears that almost none of our sidewalks intersect with the road in an ADA compliant manner. My Wife was transitioning from this sidewalk end to the street (East Winslow Farm Drive)and her mobility scooter tipped over dumping her in the road. She sustained three serious wounds which required a trip to the emergency room, where we spent fives hours. I don't know if this is a city issue, Winslow Farm issue, or combination of the two. She is not the only mobility challenged resident here and I would hate to see someone else seriously injured.
dead trees, large branches falling, does the city handle such problems
