I just discovered a large gas-powered blower on wheels that is partially hidden in one of my fir trees. I've left it where it is. It is just off the W. 12th St. Court area (the circle next to my property. I'm suspecting it was stolen and hidden there. It wasn't there earlier this week. I haven't been able to fully assess this, but: cars heading northbound at 17th & Dunn appear not to be triggering the light. (This happened to me a week or two ago, as well - which may also have been the day after an IU football game?) If southbound cars are turning left, northbound ones never get a green (during a particular "round"), but if southbound cars are going straight, then there's a bidirectional green. Or a pedestrian hitting a button for a walk sign will get a green.
