CANS HAVE BEEN OUT AT CURB FOR A WEEK..2 ARE EMPTY AND 2 ARE HEAPED FULL. TRASH HAS BEEN BLOWING ACROSS THE STREET INTO OTHERS PROPERTY. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS LEAVING TRASH OUT TO BLOW AROUND.

Mrs Smith's daughter called and her parents live at this address. Both parents have health concerns. According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.
