Wait/Walk signals at Atwater and Woodlawn are confusing. Unless someone happens to press the button before the light changes, the wait signal stays on the whole time. Foreign students get especially confused. The 3rd and Woodlawn wait/walk signals can also be confusing, but are not nearly as bad.

Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash in the front of the house, but the "landlord" does not respond to complaints (Jeff Jones, Pendragon). Can the City do anything about it?
