Parking Meters and Citations

Apparently I wasn't clear in my first report. Both my husband and I had the data from our credit cards captured in one of the downtown parking meters - not the card itself. This resulted in fraudulent charges on our checking account and the need to cancel and replace the card. This is a serious issue, making the credit card option for the meters unsafe. Is there a way that the data can be encoded so that it can't be captured electronically?

Because it still has not slowed down use of the generator nor has it stopped at all. Just wanted to check in on this on going issue. Thank you and again sorry to be such a nag.

Blocked Street
103 E Driscoll St, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA
- Case Date:

When the new apartment opened, there was no spaces included for parking. So now the occupants park on driscoll and block east bound traffic from Walnut to Washington. It is very dangerous to people that turn onto Driscaoll and are met with oncoming traffic. On sunday nights when other residents put out the trash and recycle, it is even worse.
