woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.

Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.

The young kids playground at Bryan Park has some dangerously large gaps in the ground cover surface. This is the park in the north west corner along Henderson. See the included photo. These gaps are wide enough and deep enough for a size 11 adult male shoe to get tripped up in, let alone a child running and having fun. This needs fixed.
