Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.
trash in yard, overgrown
Property has door open for over 2 days, abandoned, heard it has mold in it. Trash in yard.
Lawn weeds are very overgrown. And there's a pile of tree branches on south part of property been there for a couple weeks now. Seem tenants moved out of this Pendragon Properties shit-rental because the landlords would not do anything about mold growing in the house. Imagine that.
yard overgrown
very high weeds
trash all around house, disgusting
