Subscriber did not receive cable last month; called Insight and was told that the guide was replaced by a scrolling guide on channel 58. He was charged $1.50 for the guide & was told he would be credited on his next bill (not yet received). He has been a cable customer since 1987 and is disappointed in the billing process and constant changes.

Flag stop/Thurs. FYI/ very nice lady - she doesn't put her trash out every week (1-2 x's a month) puts it by garage door - they did pick up today but left her a notice that she needs to put out night before - she did-She just wanted to let us know.

There is a dumpster that is overflowing at the above address. The trash is in the street also. There is also tires sitting out at 408 E. Southern Drive.

Tenant lives in apt # 12 and she says that the dumpster for the complex is right outside her apartment and it has been overflowing with trash for about 3 weeks it is causing there to be rats, racoons and dogs all around this. She did notify the landlord when this was first a problem.
