Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. People park illegally on my residential street every time the church has a service. Sometimes this happens on Friday at 2pm, including today. I typically use the street to park, legally, with my residential permit. These illegal parkers take up all the space so I have to park somewhere else. It is very annoying.

Sidewalks at North-East corner of Winslow Rd and Walnut St (where the IU Credit Union is) is not plowed and huge snow mounds are at the intersection where pedestrians need to cross the road at the intersection traffic lights. There are foot prints in the snow where we are all walking along but it sucks to do that!
