I often here “No!” then a loud bang, then immediately after I hear loud crying and whelping from a dog that goes on for several minutes. The dog sounds like they are in pain. It sounds like the dog is being thrown as punishment.

This is on the S Sheridan side of house. Residents have been trimming vegetation and leaving large bundles lying in middle of road, forcing southbound traffic into northbound lane. This has been going on for over a week.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

939 S High ST

Case Date:
10/2/2018

There is a pothole on the east side of High Street between Southdowns and Woodstock. The pothole is near the curb and near one of the utility poles. It is not the largest pothole I have recently seen but it is large enough to severely rattle a passing vehicle. It is also hard to avoid if traffic is coming from the north as one must cross over the center line to avoid the pothole.
