My husband and I are (attempting to become) first time homebuyers. We have been pre-qualified for an FHA loan, and in that process found mention of local programs offering to cover the 3.5% downpayment. The treeline along the west end of Weatherstone lane has several dead trees. With as much pedestrian traffic as there is along there I think it is a safety hazard. Please inspect it.
