The streetlight at the northside approach to the railroad overpass is out again. When it was fixed the last time the amount of light was insufficient. The southside approach light is dim but is not out, can Duke please fix this problem right? This is a dark area and has insufficient street lights as it is.
I am working with account #40809-003 where there are adjustments for $537.77 on the current bill. I spoke with Edie twice on 7/19/17, that a corrected bill was not available at this time. We are unable to process payment without a detailed record as to what the charges are for. In the interest of being specific we would need a breakdown as follows: Service periods being “adjusted” and usage/consumption for both meter numbers (69341719 AND 09308909). We would also need charges broken out for Water Service, Water Usage Charge, Fire Protection, Wastewater Usage and Service Charges during the period of time in which the charges were corrected. Please Protect the account while this is investigated.

VOLUNTEER NETWORK ISSUE: I tried to use the Volunteer Network to sign up for ushering Cardinal Stage events. I had completed all usher slots in the Cardinal sign up, then found out that it is now via Volunteer Network. I tried to complete usher sign up, for the shows I had already done sign up for, and made a huge mess. I believe I am now registered for every Cardinal show of Garfield EXCEPT the one I wanted. Please remove me from all the shows I have signed up to usher as it appears in the Volunteer Network.. Vandalism found at the north trailhead of the B-Line on the morning of 7/20/17. Blue spray paint on the limestone block and pavement.
I am becoming very concerned with the increasing homeless population on the B-Line Trail. The trail is no different than the parks out of which they are being removed. It's interesting that they get to use the same city services when they don't pay taxes. They often monopolize the public spaces, thus adversely impacting the availability for those who pay taxes and responsibility use the city services. The City of Bloomington needs to begin worrying about its taxpaying citizens, not the homeless.
PLEASE pave our road! West Cedar Bluff Road is becoming a row of ruts again. Please repave our road.
