Street light at 10th and Grant burned out for over a year. We have reported a few times. What’s up? Dangerous intersection without lights. Lots of pedestrian traffic there.

Potholes all along this intersection, including potholes along Union between 10th and 3rd Street.
Turn signals for both east and west bound traffic are triggered although nobody is in the turn lanes. Pedestrians can't cross east/west and traffic going east/west just sits there while no cars are turning.
The pedestrian crosswalk button on the north east corner for when you are going to cross 46 going west is not lighting up after it's pressed so not sure if it is working?
there is two potholes on 10th street in front of tulip tree apartments, on the east bound side right where the median starts
