What is the value of creating uReport incidents for scooters? I recently created Case #181916 and got three emails, the first to tell me the case was created and I should contact Bird directly. The second, to tell me that the case is closed and a third saying that Anonymous assigned this case to Anonymous and providing a link to the case. I also created 181882 over the weekend. Nothing has changed when I follow the link for the case. I have contacted Bird directly before but typically they then tell me that the case is resolved and I have to explain that the case was closed the instant I created and I was referred to them. And then we go round and round and nothing happens. Can we just an scooters?

the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. I suggest a sine at the hot locations for begging stating the positive offerings in Bloomington ."Bloomington offers: 4 homeless shelters Social services: *center stone *shalom community ctr. *weeler mission *new hope for families *middle way house *monroe county united min. Pavement markings (turn arrows) need reinstalled

I park in the 4th street garage. On 10/26 at 5:15pm i found a box behind my car, the kind of box like an emergency auto kit. 3rd floor, southest corner (i was 2 cars away from the corner). I do not remember seeing it there when i arrived yesterday morning after 8 am.

Construction is just a nightmare. The road to my knowledge is open heading south but every time I try to get through, construction vehicles parked all over the street and semi’s blocking the road. Will city look into this. Happens during early hours and gets worse as the day continues.

There are dogs that are locked in trailer 16. They have been there for weeks without anyone looking in on them.The owners have also been mistreating them physically. I ha e video evidence.
