This is the 2nd time reporting. An officer came out last week, however there are still 2 dogs left in a trailer. There does not seem to be anyone attending them and they have not been seen going out.
There has been a strong smell of raw sewage in this area for the past week. I could smell it from the bypass each morning. Just drove down towards Cascades (Sunday night 11/6) and it is really bad down there. Please fix the sewer issues in this area.
Deer constantly walking/standing on roads. Families of deer eating and standing around house and parking lot. Becoming a hazard to walk to car as I have to walk within 2 feet of deer.

Grandview Drive gets a lot of traffic often as a short cut when 10th is blocked. It does need to be resurfaced.
The street light at 11th and Lincoln is burnt out(?). Very dark in that residential area so there may be others? Obviously many (female) students living, parking and walking in the area so a bit dangerous especially now with the time change and winter weather coming. After the last storm yesterday, dead trees in Winslow farm woods fell down, one towards my house, and some within the forest. Would you survey the dead trees to avoid possible damage to my property from Winslow woods forrest, and remove the fallen down ones. Also have a few fall down by my neighbors. Worried next storm will bring dead ones fall on my house. Thank you
