new pavement: It is good to have Smith Road repaved. It will be even better when the Grandview Drive intersection with Smith Rd is repaved - the east end of Grandview Drive leading west from this intersection is a mess, and very difficult for pedestrians and bicyclists to use. Someone has scattered small, clear gelatinous balls on the ground on the rubber surface near Ford Street by the green curly slides. They may be completely benign—perhaps some type of Halloween candy? But they are unfamiliar to me and, unfortunately, very appealing to my 20 month old grandson. I tried to pick them up to throw them away, but there were too many, and they were spread over a large area. They are soft and squash when walked on.
Parking on Strong Drive by Catalent employees and contractors has created hazardous conditions. Drivers have elected to park their vehicles on both the east and west sides of the street which creates a long narrow passageway that has multiple limited and blocked views for drivers navigating Strong Drive. The obstruction of Strong drive has generated much frustration and many complaints regarding safety, delay, lack of consideration. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the challenges of navigating safely through Strong Drive with the appropriate individual(s). Last night, the streetlights on 2nd street between approximately College Mall and High St were not working. Every light was off for several blocks. I'm sure it ended crossing High St, but am not sure exactly which block it started on.
Trash has been in front of property all week
Approaching the Winslow/ Rogers/ High street roundabout from the south, there is no signage to indicate the names of the roads. Please label each of the exits from the circle, and, if you're feeling fancy, give drivers an indication of what can be found at each exit point. tree branch has broken off and it falling onto the road and sidewalk a bit, medium sized not huge
Appears to be an abandoned vehicle parked at the end of East Canada Drive near the High Grove Apartments. Vehicle has not moved since Monday and it is obstructing sight lines and traffic. Who maintains this road way? We were told it was the city after they made Sare Rd office remove their no parking signs.
