The red maple tree (site id 30159?), along the street at 2320 E Woodbine Ave. is not healthy and is becoming a hazard. The top of the tree and many branches are dead. This evening (2/16/23) a large limb fell out of the tree and onto the sidewalk. I tried to attach a photo of the large limb, branches and debris on the sidewalk, but it keeps processing and won't go through. We have cleared the debris and limb from the sidewalk.
The cover of one of the new boxes in the ground for the fiber optic cable is off. This makes a deep hole about 1.5 x 3 feet that a small child or dog could step into.

I have moved from this address. I canceled service on 11/3/22 with Confirmation ID: 194967-2493. The last payment I made was 12/6/22. However, I just received a bill for 1/1/22 to 1/31/22 (yes, the bill says 2022, not 2023) on this address. I do not think I owe the money on this bill and now would like to question if I did owe the money that I paid back on 12/6/22. My new address is 5696 S Handy Road, for reference. Can you install some reflectors on the medians on the 1100 block of Rogers and 1400 block of Rogers near the Community kitchen? At night it is very hard to see where the curb is on the medians. I almost hit one at night.
