Can't shut hydrant off.
the neighbors dump trash & limbs on the tracks. ( the train tracks on N. Lincoln)
Water coming up out of the street in front of the Public Library.
WATER LEAK ON LINCOLN BETWEEN 18TH & 19TH STREETS.
The apartment building in the 500 block of N. Lincoln St. has a dumpster located behind the apartment building which has been overflowing for the past 2 weeks. Trash is everywhere and a rodent was seen.
the area north of 17th St. around Lincoln and Washington is just a mess. Trash everywhere etc.
The dumpsters at the Bloomington Housing Authority on Lindbergh Drive are always over-flowing. Mr. Chandler has asked Peggy Gudal several times to keep watch on the dumpster. The trash in always blowing into Mr. Chandler's yard and his neighbors too.
