S Landmark Ave is dangerous to cross in the middle of the S curve, where most workers and clients need to cross. The mailboxes for the businesses on the west side of the street are located on the east side of the road. The nearest crosswalks are located at the intersections with Bloomfield and 3rd street, which is not a reasonable distance. Please consider adding a crosswalk, preferably with a button for blinking lights. Thank you!

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. Workers installing optic fiber cable in the neighborhood have left tools, trash, and a 15-20 foot pipe in our yard. We picked scattered stuff up but can't do anything with the tubing and pipe.

Just north of the bus stop on College Ave by the Sunflower II apartments at 1015 N College, the manhole cover was flopped over and everything wide open as shown in the picture.
