It seems like people are dumping trash along the B-Line Trail. I feel that a lack of trash cans may be to blame. Could more trash cans be added along the trail to help prevent this problem?

Hi! One of the security lights are out on the pole on B-Link. We reported it a while back but duke hasn’t repaired. I thought the city might be able to get it done! It’s been out for a long time so it’s pretty dark. Thank you!!
Since construction started on Winslow Rd. between Walnut St. Pike and S. Walnut St., westbound traffic on Winslow has been a mess due to the single westbound lane approaching the intersection with S. Walnut St. If there is a mix of cars going straight and cars turning left in the single westbound lane, only 2-3 cars make it through on each cycle of the traffic light. During this construction, westbound Winslow Rd. at Walnut St. should either be made "no left turn" or the traffic light cycle should be changed so that westbound traffic gets a period of simultaneous green light and green left turn arrow to allow traffic to clear.
These signs are while heading west at the corners of Winslow and Walnut, Country Club and Rogers, and heading south on Walnut between North and South drive.
While walking my dog in lower cascade park yesterday, I noticed parking lots were full and people were parking in grass area since most of the parking spaces are blocked off. It is unusually warm this year so it may be a good idea to open up the parking lots early this year.
why are there people walking with babies and small children on the cart paths at Cascades golf course. very dangerous for children, lawsuits for city, this is a pay to use facility not a city park. happens every day.
For over 17 years we have lived close to the corner of Dillman and S. Old 37. As I type yet another traffic accident is being cleaned up at this intersection. It is time to have a 4 way stop put in. No more rumble strips, or intersection signs or yellow blinking lights, or cutting back the tree/brush line. (well, that does need to happen:-) This has got to be one of the most dangerous intersections in town. People coming off of 37 drive down old 37 like they are still on the highway. With the amount of houses, buses and children that are living in the area I would have thought that something would have been done by now to fix this problem, which is a serious safety issue to anyone trying to cross the road. The solution of a four way makes since and would not hurt the pocket book of Bloomington. If it is an inconvenience for people to stop then so be it. This has gone on for far too long and all attempts to do something, in the form of rumble strips,intersection signs,yellow blinking lights etc., by the city/county have just been band aids not real solutions. Please take my request seriously. Many of us living on the south side have children who are reaching the age where they will be on the roads as young drivers. As an adult with over 20 years of driving experience, I dread approaching this intersection or even pulling out of my own driveway near this intersection. Its a death trap and a game of chance. It would be really nice to have a traffic light put at the intersection of Dillman Road & Old SR37. This intersection is horrible & I have about had many wrecks there just trying to pull out
