I live at 916 west Kirkwood ave next to morrisons they have a large walnut tree on their property it over hangs my property this tree has damaged my house my garage and one of my sheds it is unsafe for my kids to play outside because of falling walnuts and limbs I have spoke to morrisons several times about trimming or cutting this tree they will not can you help with this problem thank you mr mullis

Alleyway between The Atlas and German American bank at 209 S College could use some attention. The alleyway has heavy foot traffic with people waking to the Back Door and Blackhouse Bar at all hours of the night. The picture included is of a large trip hazard at the entrance to the alley on College Avenue.
Hi, Yesterday, I parked in the 4th St garage. The fee was only 25 cents, but the machine would not accept quarters, they kept dropping into the basket, so I inserted a one dollar bill. I didn't get any change back and the receipt says "short amount: $0.75, go to the operator for a refund". I know it's only 75 cents, but how do I get my 75 cents back? Thanks.
17th st west of roundabout to Fountain, speed limit signs; westbound two 25mph, eastbound two 20mph one 25mph. wbound traffic goes from 25 to 20 with no signage, if you drive 3mph over at 28, you will be clocked at 8mph over when u pass 20mph signs facing eastbount traffic.

Traffic signal at 17th and Fee Lane had turn signals until this summer, especially valuable for buses. Is this something that needs to be fixed or is it a permanent change?
