For a year now Mr. Shaw has been complaining about the trash problem in this area. Bags of trash is constently blowing over onto the property of his mother at 1608 W. 8th. St. He's very angry about the situation and wants something done about it.

MR NAGEL HAS THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS REGARDING UNIVERSITY COMMONS: A). OF THE 3 ROADS THAT ACCESS THE APTS, 2 ARE BLOCKED. B). THERE IS MUD/DIRT/CONST. DEBRIS OVER THE ROADS CAUSING A HAZARD. C). THE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES PLUS A DUMPSTER IS CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE DUMPSTER IS NEAR AN INTERSECTION BLOCKING THE LINE OF SIGHT. D).
