Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the left-hand side of the incline are a bunch of previously filled pot holes that require refilling. The edge of the road is also pretty deteriorated in one spot.
Can BPD enforce the State laws for loud exhausts on vehicle? There are some you can hear a half mile on more away. I know they are under staff and over worked. We really appreciate all they do and have to put up with.
I live on Woodburn Ave. An on Wednesday March 20th around 930am the person driving this city vehicle not only was driving way to fast down my street where kids live and play. But while out putting markings down was loudly talking/yelling to himself I assume, but it was foul language that I would not want my child to hear and possibly repeat. I know in my field of work, when you clock in you are representing your place of work. I am shocked that this is the way the city is representing out in the public eye.
There is a very deep washed out area along the eastern shoulder of S Henderson St south of Winslow Rd -- across from All American Storage. There is also some severe erosion happening on the other side of the "V" on the sides of Walnut St Pike by the Echo apartments.
The city really needs to use something besides Facebook for notifications about public safety issues. Residents should not be required to use that platform to receive timely information. There was a major gas leak today and apparently that was the only place it was posted. People were unaware.
asphalt on Highland between 1st and 2nd streets has been repaired, but is very lumpy. Also, pothole around sewer cover on Highland and University. Thanks.
On the corner of Covenanter and high on the right as you’re heading south on high there’s a dangerous drop off into a rocky drainage area that needs to have a guardrail or some type of protection. The road lists in the direction of the drop off and at some point fire and rescue is going to have to fish a car out of the drop off. Not sure how this was allowed to be built without a guardrail. It may be the biggest pothole in the city.
The school light just north of 1st on High st is out.
City hall parking lot has municipal plate city vehicles parked in full time parking often when there’s little parking
1814 Southdowns cars perpetually park on the lawn, even when driveway and street is clear. It looks terrible in this neighborhood. Cars just pull up on the lawn. Please enforce here.
