Good morning. IU Health is a main tenant in the Southern Indiana Medical Park off of Tapp Road. They brought to our attention that there are numerous pot holes located in McIntire Drive. 13th street , by south walnut Grove building. As u go west on 13th street, several more potholes equal or smaller size.
Car with the license number IX6510 has been parked for over 8 hours, and they have not moved from the no-parking zone.
There are always cars parked in the no parking zones on the weekends, sometimes for over 72 hours at a time.

Traffic signal for eastbound traffic on 17th is hung up in the power/telecom overhead cables. Could damage the cables. Also makes it harder to see the light since its angled down.

They only cut grass every 3 weeks and never trim except main road where highly visible.
From this point on to a bit past TLRC is TRASH. Limbs are low. There's sand pits by b dub and couple other places. Really travel the path I show. If you avoid it, I've been dealing with it. Also bush at the bottom of this hill (Miller& Henderson) needs trimmed before someone gets hurt
For weeks, the contractor doing the concrete curb work at Miller and Henderson has left a deep drop off as you head westbound on Miller to the stop sign unprotected. Of course they have plenty of barrels everywhere else where they filled in the cuts, but not at this the worst one. And every city utility worker coming to and fro from the Miller garage drives right by it.
