People should be REQUIRED to rake their leaves. His neighbor just lets his sit there and they all blow onto his lawn after he's already taken care of his. He's a DAV and can't keep up with this. Neighbor's leaves also clog the storm drains.

The problem is located at the intersection of N. Kinser Pike and Parrish St. The sign says " Finally....Insurance for self-Employed' It is attatched to a telephone pole.
"Finally - Self-Employed Insurance" sign illegally affixed to the utility pole (NW corner) at the intersection of N. Kinser Pike and Parrish Road.
"Painting" sign illegally affixed to utility pole (east side) at the intersection of N. Kinser Pike and Parrish Road.
