The manager at the Willows reports that a semi is parking too close to the entrance thus making it difficult if a fire truck should need to enter.
BACC: Ms. Henderson needed to get a message to someone in PBA and that person's voicemail was full. When the receptionist answered the phone, she told Ms. Henderson that she would not take a message.
Mr. White stated that the Utilities Dept. had been out to clean out the pipe next to his house. But that he still has a problem with water eroding his yard away. When he talked with Utilities, they stated that there is nothing else that they can do.
