There is a north/south alley that runs between 7th & 8th Streets behind Keller Heating & Cooling. There is another east/west alley that intersects the n/s alley ending in the Johnson Creamery parking lot. Sharon states that one of their employee trucks were recently hit using these alleys. Sharon feels that the intersection is dangerous if you have vehicles coming from different directions. MRS. DANIELS STATES THAT HER DRIVEWAY AT THE ENTRANCE IS SINKING IN DUE TO THE DRAIN PIPE THAT RUNS UNDER FORRESTER NEAR HER PROPERTY. SHE HAD A SMALL AREA NEXT TO THE DRIVEWAY THAT WAS SINKING IN. DANIELS THOUGHT THAT THE GROUND WAS SETTLING SO SHE HAS FILLED THE HOLE IN AND SEEDED IT FOR THE PAST NINE YEARS, BUT THE PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND HER DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IS NOW FALLING IN.
Two houses on S Maxwell have been condemned but are both occupied. Not sure of addresses but this may be close.
Trash out for going on 3 wks w/out tags. Complaintant has contacted owner, Shaw and they told her it was tennant resp. She's tired of looking at their trash.
10' City easement (with rusty fence) behind the chuch on Maxwell needs weeds cut. This easement goes all the way to the YMCA.
