The traffic sensors on the signal at 3rd & High are not working. The signal cycles through all phases, even turn arrows, even when there are no vehicles on the side street (Bryan) or the turn lane (w.b.3rd).

I work with a DISH Network retailer that provides TV and Internet service for Bloomington residents, and I noticed that your "Video Service Providers" page lists DIRECTV and other providers but not DISH. (http://bloomington.in.gov/videoservices) Please consider adding DISH to your list of resources — it would help give new residents a more comprehensive view of available services, as well as help them to make informed choices.
