Recently I found out that a house was sold next door to my sister's home at 700 Parkway South in Bloominton. This home is being used as a half way house. It is in a resendental neighborhood. What is the rules concerning having such an establishment next door? Are you suppossed to be notified?

Parking department is a money hungry power scheme in the community that drives individuals away from visiting downtown shops and restaurants. For the individuals that always pay the meters and spend hundreds of dollars a year at the meters and then forget one time and have a $30 fee is ridiculous. The appeal process is also a joke. Need to reconsider how we treat our citizens and patrons of downtown businesses.
street light at 8th and Grant is burned or burning out. A good addition of a light would be on the opposite side of the pole at the alley between 8th and 9th on Grant, where the apartments have one for their lot, but the street is dark. The light at the corner of 9th and Grant is really bright and a good solution for intersection lights.

Cars were drag racing Saturday night on S. College Mall Road. This isn't the first time. Traffic is heavy on S. College Mall Road and drag racing is not only very dangerous, but the noise disturbs the residents.

I have reported some things to the Bloomington police department and to two news agencies about officer misconduct and abuse of power. I can’t seem to get anything done in this regard. I’d really appreciate it if you or someone in your office would take the time to have a discussion, it involves misuse of power and my request for a restraining order and protective order and the fact these individuals are still stalking me and harassing me. Thank you very much for your time. His name is Jeremy m ayres, possibly Shawn Riggs. And they claim they are an officer named Chris Scott but my attorney has done checked into that. They do not have a warrant or court order. So there harassment is not legal by any means . It isn’t surveillance or an investigation it is blatantly harassment.
