I started taking shower at about 6:10 am this morning Friday Oct 8th. Turned both hot and cold water on in tub so temperatures stabilize- after about 1min the water suddenly turned black with some "glop" that came out of tub faucet. Water gradually cleared after about 30 to 45 sec.

Back yard abuts Reserve on Third, privacy fence. Never mowed by Reserve. Inspector has permission to go onto property. Would like a call prior if possible.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. The house across the street from us (209 E Wylie) has a ton of cut down branches that are blocking the sidewalk and road. These branches have been sitting there for over a week now.

It is pitch black in Whittington Commons. There is no public lighting throughout the entirety of the addition. Neighbors do not turn on exterior porch or yard lanterns. Without public lighting, it is dangerous to be out at night. You cannot see five feet in front of you. Please install lights!
