Thank you for the quick response and repair of the crumbling pavement and holes in the street in front of our house on Tapps Turn. We are getting complaints from residents of The Kirkwood There is a light that cycles on and off every minute after dark. I have had an ongoing problem with a neighbors cat(s). I am severely allergic and have told them this repeatedly, contacted Animal Control, the officer had actually left a cage several times at my home only to catch other critters and never the cat. I have taken pictures over the couple of years documenting. He walks his cat(s) and laughs when I repeatedly ask him to keep the cat off of my property. I am not able to open my garage door because the cat tries to get in. I should not have to deal with cat hair, cat waste, on my property. Officer Eubanks is the one that has helped me for two years. I left a message for her recently asking her what my next step is. Haven't heard anything. What can you do to help me. This is a huge medical issue for me and I need to know who is going to assist.

Intersection of Ruby and Circle Drive. This is part of the Allen-Covenanter Greenway for cyclists. The other day I was coming from Circle, ready to turn left on Ruby, when I almost hit a cyclist on Ruby, whom I had not seen because of the high grasses in the yard of the Ruby-Circle Drive corner house. Maybe the 2 bushes closest to the intersection could be cut back, for better visibility for motorists coming from Circle Drive.
Repeat complaint: the overhanging branches on Atwater, close to the corner of Swain and Atwater are still there. One has to step into the road when one does not want to be hit by them. I reported this weeks ago, nothing has been done about it.
Drilling on South Walnut Street has been on-going since 6:30 AM on 06/25/2018. The drilling had stopped around 6:00 - 7:00 PM prior to this date. Now we find out from the Bloomington Police Department that the contractors have obtained a "Variance" to continue drilling non-stop through the night. This is Unacceptable! What good does it do to have noise ordinances if they are not enforced? This IS also a residential area! What happened to working 10 hour days 6 days a week? This is not just a noise issue. The drilling also shakes the foundations of the houses! Do the residents of South Walnut Street not have the right to a period of time to sleep?!!!! This is Wrong!
The culvert that comes from under West Kirkwood and runs east in an open ditch between Kirkwood and 4th street is very overgrown with bushes and trees growing in the structural limestone. It has not been cleared for at least eight years.
I started using the parking app about 3 months ago and in those 3 months I have gotten two parking tickets. They are were both dismissed but that is not the point. It takes time to appeal the ticket and it's just a nuisance. I thought that the parking enforcement officer is required to check that an app is not being used and not just base it on the light flashing red. It makes it not worth it to use the app if every 1 time out of 20 I park I get a ticket. I thought it was something you should know so the issue can be looked into.
