Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.
Why won't city pick up leaves in Longview mobile home park? There are many older people there who need the service. Ms. Jackson plans to go to the media re this situation.
People should be REQUIRED to rake their leaves. His neighbor just lets his sit there and they all blow onto his lawn after he's already taken care of his. He's a DAV and can't keep up with this. Neighbor's leaves also clog the storm drains.

Sanitation Dept. reports that BW3 in Dunkirk Square has been using green barrels for trash disposal instead of their dumpster. Says twice this week he's had to clean up a big mess in front of Dunkirk Square.
